So how do you handle stress? Do you see it as a positive or a negative? If you fear change, if you fear not knowing the future, if you fear inadequacy – you’ll probably have more stress and you’ll interpret difficult situations as negative. There’s another way to view adversity. If you change the way you think about it, you can use it to your advantage.

This is a much better way to deal with things that make you uncomfortable. Understand them as opportunities to expand beyond the limits you have accepted for yourself. Now, those limitations may have been placed upon you by someone you thought was smart—but you don’t have to continue believing they were correct.
You are far more than you allow yourself to think. Buck up. You can do it! Push through adversity and stress! Your inner harmony will increase when you do.
